Ingredients
1 bell pepper
Handful of spinach, torn to bits
1 Tbs nutritional yeast (to sprinkle on top)
1 onion
5 sweet tomatoes, cut in half and seedless
2 large tortilla wraps (for the crust) or whole-wheat pizza dough
1Tbs pesto sauce
1 Tbs spaghetti sauce
Pinch of sea salt
6 small pieces of tofu, grilled
Sprinkle of oregano, basil, Italian seasoning and garlic powder
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees celsius.
2. Cut all veggies.
3. Put the two tortillas together. Pour the pesto sauce and spaghetti sauce onto the tortillas, mixing it together. Sprinkle all seasonings, as well as the nutritional yeast on top.
4. Put it on a small pan and into the oven. Cook for about 30 mins. or until the pizza is evenly cooked.
