My current training schedule (although it is flexible):
Monday= BodyRock workouts> strength training and abdominal work= to tone my body (about 1 hr)
Tuesday= Rest Day (date night with Keith:)
Wednesday= Yoga and abdominal work (about 1 hr)
Thursday= Cardio> Running outside, bike, elliptical, sprinting on the treadmill, running the stairs or uphill, and/or jumprope (about 1 hr)
Friday= BodyRock workouts> strength training and abdominal work= to tone my body (about 1 hr)
Saturday= Yoga and abdominal work (about 1 hr)
Sunday= Cardio> Running outside, bike, elliptical, sprinting on the treadmill, running the stairs or uphill, and/or jumprope (about 1 hr)
