My Purpose

One is a place to collect and contribute resources on finding balance through the 8 components of wellness, which I call the Wheel of Absolute Health (W.O.A.H.!). The second serves as a support group- a place to post goals, achievements, challenges, share proud moments and stories, and to encourage one another's strong efforts at becoming a fit, healthy and well-balanced individual.
