1 red onion (peeled)
2 red peppers (seeded)
2 garlic cloves (peeled)
2 Tbs Olive Oil
Kosher Salt (a few pinches)
Black pepper (optional)
Directions
Put all ingredients into the blender and blend for 3 minutes or until smooth. Enjoy with whole-wheat crackers or other veggies.
