6 rice paper wrappers
1 red pepper
Spinach- cut into small pieces
1. Peel vegetables into small pieces.
2. Cook shrimp. Dip glass noodles into hot water for a few minutes.
3. Make peanut sauce by mixing peanut butter (or soy butter), soy sauce, and a little honey together. Optional: Add bits of peanuts into the sauce.
4. Put rice paper wrappers into warm water, then take out and place all vegetables, noodles and cooked shrimp inside. Roll up your spring rolls, dip nto the peanut sauce and enjoy!
