Ingredients
2 c chickpeas (soak overnight)
3 garlic cloves
1Tb lemon juice
1 Tb olive oil (or to taste)
1/2 tsp oregano
1 Tb sesame seeds
2 c water (or more if needed)
Directions
Blend for 2 minutes. Eat with tortilla bread, tortilla chips, crackers or veggies.
