4. Lunge and B’Ball Twist using the Ugi (or a 15 lb weight) 15 20
5. 3 Point Bicep Curls using15 lb weights 8 8
6. Upright Back Row using 15 lb weights 20 20
7. Plank Row Spider Leg Twist using 10 lb weights 5 5
8. Chest Press using 15 lb weights 16 16
