Ingredients
1/2 C flax seeds (ground)
1/2 C oats
1 C whole wheat flour (gluten-free if possible)
3 T coconut oil
1/4 C agave
1/2 C water
1 C blueberries
1/4 C coconut (unsweetened, dried)
Directions
Mix all ingredients. Cook in a pan with a little bit of coconut oil and vuala! Finished- healthy, delicious and energized for your day!
