Ingredients
2 c soaked and oven toasted buckwheat
1/2 c raisins
1/2 c sunflower seeds
1/2 c pumpkin seeds
6 Tbs maple syrup, brown rice syrup or agave nectar
3 Tbs ground flaxseed
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
2 Tbs coconut oil
Directions
1. Mix all ingredients together. Shape mixture into rectangles or balls. Put in the fridge for at least an hour.
