If you don't think you're flexible enough to try yoga, think again! When I first started doing yoga 5 years ago, my form was horrible and I couldn't even reach my toes! However, I think I've stretched out my body since then and I'm continuing to improve on my form and ability each day.
My all-time favorite yoga pose is Wheel Pose. I practice so much that I can even lift my body up to the standing position from Wheel Pose. This is something I'm proud of :)
