Once you know your values and meaning, you will also understand how to balance your wheel better. For example, if you feel that your purpose is to be a guardian angel for others, this may help you decide what occupation you choose (a counselor, mentor, etc.), or that to balance your mental health (what makes you happy) you may want to do volunteer work during your free time. If you spiritually believe in God, than you may believe it's important to surround yourself with a Christian community and make friends at a church to improve your spiritual wellness.
