When I was a university student, I found it so easy to live an active lifestyle. You have so much time on your hands and you can always take naps throughout the day! Oh, the life we used to live!
Since I've started working full-time though, it's always a challenge to find the time, energy and motivation to workout. It's not that I don't still love being active and fit. It's that work can be very draining- mentally, socially and physically; especially when teaching primary school!
One thing that helps motivate me when I'm tired is grabbing a power snack (ex. banana with pb or a granola bar), reading some motivational quotes like the ones above, and putting on some inspiring and fast-paced music (I'm loving Rise Against at the moment). It also keeps me motivated switching up my workouts so that I'm not always doing the same activities each day. That way, I always have something to look forward to.
