Smoothies can be super, super nutritious- a fruit salad mixed with a ultimate green salad all mixed up into one delicious drink. Try out some of the smoothies next week from the recipe page. One way to add some healthy carbs to your drink is to add raw oats and brown rice protein powder.
The great thing about these health smoothies is that they're all natural, can make you satisfied, but they don't make you feel stuffed after you drink them.
Have you heard that you're supposed to eat until you're 3/4 full? If you're 100 % full, you will most likely end up overeating and feeling sick. This is not healthy and natural for you. Eat until you're 3/4 full and then wait 30 minutes. If you're still hungry, then grab another healthy snack.
