Whole Wheat or gluten free spaghetti (or any type of noodle)
1/2 cup of plain yogurt (culture)
1 tsp lemon juice
Pinch of sea salt
1/2 cup couscous
1 cup of broccoli
3 large mushrooms
1 small onion
About 10 sweet tomatoes (cut in halves, remove seeds inside)
A handful of spinach
1. Cook the pasta and couscous together.
2. Chop up the vegetables into small pieces.
3. Add all the vegetables, except the tomatoes and the spinach, into the pot with the pasta and couscous.
4. When all is cooked, drain and then add the yogurt, lemon juice and seasonings. Mix well and enjoy!
*The yogurt and lemon juice create a creamy alfredo texture, yet the dressing is very healthy! I tricked you! :)
