1 c mushrooms (I used a Korean brand)
1 c couscous
Handful of spinach
3 small pieces of salmon sushi
1 Tbs coconut oil
1 Tbs olive oil
1/2 Tbs red wine vinaigrette
1/2 Tbs apple cider vinegar
Pinch of soy sauce
1. Cook the couscous, mushrooms and spinach in a pot.
2. Drain. Add the oils and vinegars and mix well.
3. Pour your serving into a bowl and add the salmon.
4. Put a little bit of soy sauce on top of your salmon.
