1 medium sized ripe avocado, pitted
1/2 lemon, juiced + lemon zest to garnish
2-3 garlic cloves to taste
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/4 c fresh basil (optional)
2 tsp extra virgin olive oil (or coconut oil)
2 servings/6 ox of whole-wheat or gluten-free pasta
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1. Cook the pasta
2. Mix the avocado, lemon juice, garlic (grilled), salt and basil together.
3. When the pasta is finished being cooked, add the olive oil or coconut oil.
4. Add the avocado creamy sauce, then add pepper to taste. Enjoy!
