2 c pineapples
1 glass coconut milk (from a young coconut)
1 Tbs vanilla brown rice protein
1 c. chilled green tea
1 c. ice
1. Put all ingredients into the blender (except the green tea). Blend until smooth.
2. Add in the green tea and blend until the smoothie is thick.
Add a pineapple to the side of your pina colada to remind yourself that you earned a well-deserved treat!
