Ingredients 1 medium frozen banana 1 Tb soy butter (or pb) 1 Tb of brown rice protein powder 1tsp of cinnamon 3-5 ice-cubs
Optional 2 C of spinach 1 Tb of plain yogurt 1tsp of cocoa
The smoothies listed on here are great to have as meal replacements. For a healthy diet, you should have about 5 small meals (about 300 -400 calories) a day, depending on your caloric intake. Add yogurt and/or oats to make it more of a meal if you are using it as a meal replacement.
