1 c of almond meal
2.5 large chewy dates into blender for 30 secs
The Cheesecake Filling Mixture
Agave to taste (or honey)
1-2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 c of soaked raw cashews (soaked for at least 3 hrs)
Vanilla extract (optional)
>blend all for a couple of mins.
After making the crust, spread the cheesecake filling mixture onto the crust (into a container). Refrigerate for 3 hours. Add blackberries or strawberries on top.
