2 avocados- very ripe, peeled and de-seeded
1 Tb 100% coconut oil
6 dates- soaked and pitted
1 ts vanilla extract (organic and gluten-free if possible)
3 Tb of raw cocoa
Put all ingredients in the blender. Mix for 2-3 minutes or until the mixture is smooth. Store in a plastic container and then chill for an hour. Add some strawberries to your pudding if you'd like.
