The modules I have started last until June and each class is 3 1/2 hours long each Friday evening and 4 1/2 hours long each Saturday afternoon. In addition to these information and practice courses, I have 30 additional yoga classes that I can take at the center for additional practice with the numerous types of yoga (taking the classes with different instructors each time).
With the class being an hour or so away from our home, this semester will be quite busy. I hope to spend about 80% of my fitness time each day practicing yoga, although I'm sure I'll add in some running days, a little Bodyrock and some weight training.
