Ingredients
1 c whole wheat flour
1 1/2 Tb chia seeds
1 c oats
1 large apple
1 Tb cinnamon
2 eggs (optional)
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 c brown sugar
1 Tb honey or Blue Agave
1/2 c warm water
Directions
1. Mix the flour, chia seeds, water, baking soda, eggs and oats together in a bowl. Add a little bit of the brown sugar to the mix. Start making the pancakes in a pan with a teaspoon of100% organic coconut oil.
2. Dice the apples. Mix the honey, brown sugar, apples and cinnamon together. Warm up the mixture in the microwave for 1-2 minutes.
3. When your pancakes are finished, pour the apple mixture on top for a sweet and delicious sensation!
