Walk/run 25 flights of floors (17 steps for each floor)
-Run down and walk up, skipping a step each time (double steps for a deeper lunge)
-Try to only stop to catch your breath every 8-10 floors or so
=5 times (up and down)
Time: 40 minutes
Warning: This is a tough workout, but your legs and butt will feeling amazing afterward!
