I took a short break from posting the workouts due to end-of-the-semester assessments and final projects at work (school) due before Christmas break. Keith and I traveled to Bali/Komodo National Park over the holiday. It was absolutely beautiful and full of amazing wonders of the world! I included yoga, hiking and lots of swimming/snorkeling as casual exercise during our trip. I did yoga (Morning Flow, Hatha and Vinyasa) at the popular Yoga Barn in Ubud, Bali. Loved it there! Here are some photos below. Also, I shopped at my favorite yoga store, Lululemon, when we arrived back in Hong Kong as a Christmas and b-day gift.
